To manage Influencer Marketing campaigns and build ITC’s brand friends community to build brand advocacy, consideration and enable desired action of commerce through content.
The role is ideal for a young enterprising and enthusiastic individual who has a thorough understanding of the social media platforms and is well acquainted with the different cohorts of social influencers and their content. Prior experience of 3-4 years in Influencer Marketing is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in designing, implementing and monitoring influencer outreach campaigns across ITC’s Personal Care Brands
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with bloggers, instagrammers, youtubers and social media influencers
o Drive the micro and nano influencer outreach (2000 per month) across brands
o Manage Cat A and Cat B influencers for annual tie ups across brands
· Enhance understanding of influencer tools and aggregator influencer spaces and competitor tracking for influencers.
o Track and monitor competition in the influencer campaigns and influencer utilization
o Map influencer SOV on a monthly basis with respect to Reach, Engagement, views and shareability
o Custodian and Analytics for influencer assessment and campaign outcome for ITC’s inhouse influencer tracking and monitoring tool
· Liaise with brand teams, social media teams, performance marketing teams, ecommerce content teams and the aggregator / influencer agencies to create impactful campaigns
· Participate and manage the social communities they’re a part of – ensuring that they’re well connected to the influencer networks
· Ensuring on time payments and swift query resolutions for both internal as well as external stakeholders
