Job Title: Sales Application Engineer: Indus International - UAE Location: Sharjah, UAE (20 minutes from Dubai)

As a Sales Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and expanding our heat exchanger business in the international market
Job description: Indus International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Application Engineer with a strong engineering background to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales funnel and business development initiatives
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand the heat exchanger business globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new customer accounts.
- Utilize your engineering background to understand and effectively communicate technical aspects of heat exchangers to clients.
- Fluently communicate in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts. Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Be open to international travel, particularly to Europe and North America, ranging from 30% to 50% of your working time.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; mechanical engineering preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in tangible engineering products.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a diverse and international environment.
- Ability to travel as necessary to meet business requirements.
Location: The role is based in Sharjah, UAE, conveniently located just 20 minutes from Dubai.
