Experience in managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience
Responsibilities
1.Developing BIM models for HVAC, Electrical, and Low Voltage (LV) Systems at various levels of detail.
2.Generating layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed views for these services and conducting clash detection to resolve conflicts.
3.Ensuring that the BIM models conform to the standards and objectives outlined in the BIM Execution Plan and the project's BIM workflow criteria.
4.Producing accurate construction drawings and extracting data specific to each discipline from the BIM models.
5.Work closely with the Designer to make any changes to the design deliverables as desired by the client/internal Architect; Seek guidance from Senior/Head Designer on any rework.
6.Creating schematic layouts for Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Chilled Water systems.
7.Collaborate with team members to support self and other projects. Implementing quality control measures to ensure completeness and compliance with company and project standards.
8.site visits and creation of site quality report (Quality report comprising of Design and quality deviation w.r.t design and BOQ)Utilizing Revit for preparing Schedule Quantities (Bill of Qquantities - BOQ) for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services.
9.Developing and customizing Revit Families as needed.
10.Keeping a record of significant decisions (Major Order Matters - MOMs) made during the project's lifecycle.
