1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help identify suitable candidates
3. Contribute to the design and creation of visually appealing recruitment posters, job advertisements, and other promotional materials
4. Update and maintain the applicant tracking system and#40;ATSand#41; or HRIS with candidate information and recruitment progress
5. Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and arrange interview logistics
6. Support onboarding by preparing new hire documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with employee orientation activities
7. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs
8. Manage and maintain HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
9. Generate HR reports and assist with data analysis as required
10. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting agendas
11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism and discretion
