Position:HR Recruiter and Generalist
Experience: 5-7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Execute HR generalist functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning.
- Implement effective strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with current HR trends and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
