- Looking for a Head HR to lead its Human Resources Team. The ideal person is someone who is excited about the prospect of making a significant contribution to our growth story.
Responsibilities
- Lead the HR and Recruitment Teams.
- Design & implement initiatives to help the company achieve its growth objectives.
- Work with the leadership team to create a performance driven culture.
- Ensure that the employee experience does not change as we grow rapidly. Today, all employees are confident that we understand their aims and aspirations and will do whatever possible to help meet them.
- Guide the HR Team setting up formal role definitions, career mapping and growth paths for all employees.
- Guide the Recruitment Team in developing new ways to source and attract top talent.We hire only NIT/IIT graduates as developers.
Requirements:
A. Candidates working in companies with 700-1,000 employees:
- Between 10-15 years experience, primarily in employee relations (not sourcing)
- MUST be one of the top two people in the HR Team
- MUST be working in the current company for more than 3 years
- PG degree is not a requirement
B. Candidates working in an MNC or a 1,000+ employee company:
- MUST have 500-750 employees under facilitation - neither more nor less.
- MUST have a PG degree from A reputed college
- 8+ years experience
C. Candidates working in companies with less than 700 employees, kindly don't apply.
