Job description

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) specializing in Talent and Vendor Management (TVM) to join our organization.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and management of external vendors.
- The HRBP will work closely with leaders and employees to foster a positive work culture and drive initiatives that enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development.
2. Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
3. Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems to drive individual and organizational success.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and career development plans.
4. Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns, conflicts, and providing resolutions.
- Conduct investigations and work towards maintaining a positive work environment.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
6. Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback and implement improvement strategies.
7. Organizational Development:
- Identify and address skill gaps through training and development programs.
- Work towards building a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
8. Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Note: Proficiency in the Malayalam language is a prerequisite, including the ability to understand and speak fluently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a minimum of 9 years in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in hiring, performance management, employee relations, and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
