Responsibilities:-
Digital Marketing Strategy:-
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify target audiences for online campaigns and tailor strategies to reach and engage them effectively.
Paid Advertising:-
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure optimal performance and return on investment.
Organic Content Marketing:-
- Implement and optimize organic content marketing strategies, including SEO and social media content.
- Design and conduct A/B testing on landing pages and website elements to maximize user engagement and conversions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:-
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven decisions to enhance overall marketing performance.
Continuous Improvement:-
- Stay updated on the latest Digital Marketing trends and technologies.
- Implement emerging trends and best practices into our strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration:-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure a unified marketing approach.
- Effectively communicate marketing strategies and gather insights from other teams.
Performance Reporting:-
- Regularly report on marketing performance to stakeholders.
- Present recommendations for improvement based on data analysis and market insights.
Skills and Qualifications:-
- 3+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of various Digital Marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Prior experience in B2B marketing in the US market is essential.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
