SalaryHCT Job brief: We are looking for a competent Caregiver to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. It’s an often demanding job as you will have to be available for most of the day and week, months. But, it can also be very satisfying and rewarding, since people who are ill, injured, disabled or elderly are thankful for high-quality assistance. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly & should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help patient
Caregiver responsibilities :Assists patient with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual care plan.
- Maintains patient records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures; documents medication, activities, incidents, and observations reports any changes in the patient physical condition and/or behaviour, observes and reports the health and emotional condition of the patient, promptly reports all changes to the clinical manager.
- Help clients take prescribed medication
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
- Help clients with physical therapy exercises
- Patient room & Washroom cleaning.
- Dispose of biomedical waste in accordance with standards.
- Restock patient rooms with personal hygiene items.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
