AddressRoles & Responsibilities:
- Teaching English Language Skills: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that effectively cover all aspects of the English language, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curriculum materials to support English language learning objectives, in line with educational standards and guidelines.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess students' English language proficiency through quizzes, tests, projects, and other methods. Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents or guardians as necessary.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to effective English language acquisition. Manage student behavior and enforce classroom rules and procedures.
- Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and needs within the classroom.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers, school staff, and administrators to coordinate English language instruction and support student learning and development.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on current trends, research, and best practices in English language teaching. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
