The Job:
- As the Head of Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving company's strategic direction.
- Your responsibilities will span across various domains, including strategic initiatives, growth, and organizational effectiveness.
- Main aspects of the role will be in the areas of growth strategy, direction setting and problem solving.
- Conduct rigorous analysis to identify growth opportunities, potential threats, and areas for differentiation.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
Your Profile:
- An ideal candidate should be a postgraduate from a premier institution, MBB preferably with at least 10 years of experience, including a significant stint in a top management role within the Finance/Fintech industry.
- You should have worked across Growth and Business Strategy for a Top Consulting company.
- You are expected to be the doers first, with the mandate, credentials, and desire to act as well as advise.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Finance/Fintech Industry
