JOB DESCRIPTION
Department: PMS & AIF - Channel Management
Designation: Head of Sales
Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri-E)
Key Accountabilities:
- Driving Sales of PMS& AIF Products in B2b Channels across Wealth, PCG, Bank and IFA Channels
- Ability to understand Investment approach and products and communicate effectively with RM's/ TL across various distribution channels
- Onboard and build the IFA channel for sales of PMS/ AIF Products
- Ability to organise and address team huddles and client events across channels for driving sales
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Channel partners by providing them exceptional individualized customer service.
- Working on the long term & short-term business directions to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with Channel Partners and ensuring maximum satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
- Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
Scholastics Required: Post-Graduation From a reputed College / CA/CFA/MBA(Finance)
