The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership development, a proven track record of successful negotiations, and a keen understanding of the education and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education and corporate sectors.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close partnership deals that drive business growth and create value for all parties involved.
- Innovative Solutions: Identify and pursue innovative partnership opportunities that enhance our position in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partnerships into the company's operations.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Responsible for driving acquisition and retention of strategic customers in the School and Corporates sector.
- Responsible for driving revenue targets
- Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue. Set targets, monitor, review, and initiate action plans to achieve target KPIs.
- Develop sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
- Have a customer-first intellect & are great listeners and understand how to ask powerful follow-on questions.
- Understand how to tell compelling stories which offer valuable and unique perspectives.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
