What is the role?
The role is Head of Supply & Ops based out of Jaipur.
- In this role, you'll be working with the founder and leading a set of functions to help the company navigate through the 0 to 1 phase
- Currently, leads all the supply side functions (sourcing, production, fulfilment, category management) and leads all the demand side functions (marketing, analytics, product & tech)
- We plan to split the functions into three sets to better prepare us for scaling. The exact split will be figured out over time depending on the strengths of the incoming team member and the company's priorities
