Head of Expansion


1. Grow annual revenue from - 3 crores to - 150+ crores by end of year three.
a. Lead operations & team at 50 + branded outlets in 40 + cities of India
b. Acquire & retain 1 million customers
2. Achieve EBITDA margin of 30% by the end of year three
a. Make each outlet profitable within 3 months from launch
3. Build top-grade "operations" organization by end of year one
a. Hire 250+ people for EBO operations team by end of year three
b. Ensure consistency in customer experience across 1 million customers
4. Deliver monthly sales forecast reports that are 90% accurate
5. Develop standard operating procedures (SOP), operating manual and upskill training program to achieve clinic service excellence
6. Create customer centric service-focus organization culture
