Job description

Hiring for Corporate Head- HR
HR Management:
- Create, update, implement and reinforce established Human Resource policies and procedures; ensure that the policies are efficiently communicated across the company and the Employee Handbook is kept current.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Lead the performance review effort, and manage the half-yearly review process across all eligible employees. initiate merit increases and promotions.
- Responsible for employee professional development.
- Manage and coordinate employee exits, terminations and offboarding, performance improvement plans and organizational changes.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, disciplinary actions, with confidentiality.
- Ensure HR & labor law compliance by implementing applicable Tamil Nadu state.
- Identify training needs, facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Manage the benefits program. Work with brokers to provide the highest quality benefits for the employees while maintaining affordability for the company.
- Oversee the maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) for accurate and up-to-date employee records. Generate reports for management and compliance purposes.
- Maintain employee personnel records, resume database, and employee skills, including other tracking mechanisms to provide data points and reports to support the corporate strategy and company growth goals.
- Coordinate with payroll administrators to ensure that compensation, merit, and bonus changes are implemented timely and correctly.
- Work alongside Corporate HR for all HR matters as required.

Experience and Skills:
- MBA in HR or a higher degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent field.
- Twelve plus years of leadership/management experience in human resource positions.
- Experience in the administration of benefit and compensation programs.
- Must have executed complete Recruitment Process and Performance Management Cycles
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
- Strong English skills - ability to write policies and communicate effectively.
- Excellent communications skills - spoken, verbal and written.
Note: We need multi-lingual but it is mandatory to know Tamil .
