Role Overview: As a part of the Founder's Office at Happi Planet, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the founders - executing strategic projects & owning meeting drumbeats. This position requires the candidate to have 1-3 years of experience in a startup, preferably in the FMCG space.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Projects:
- Collaborate closely with the founders to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Provide insights and analysis to support key decision-making processes.
- Assist in / Lead execution of the company's strategic projects.
2. Operational Excellence:
- Optimize internal processes to enhance organization efficiency and scalability.
- Act as a bridge between different departments, fostering seamless communication.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions for improvement proactively.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensure agendas and action items are well-documented.
Qualifications & Key Capabilities:
- 1-3 years of experience in a startup environment, preferably in the FMCG space.
- Proven ability to manage projects and drive operational excellence.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
