In this position you will help us with the following responsibilities: - Build and develop a high performance DV execution team - Ownership of verification initiatives and methodology improvements. - Assist with tracking quality and progress of the project verification goals. - Provide indicators and guidance to management on issues and roadblocks on a timely basis. - Guide and mentor DV engineers of varying levels to enforce and police quality and methodology. - Participate in discussions across various disciplines to get a clear understanding of product features and their validation requirements. - Be able to work with teams across org/ geos.
Qualifications
BE/BTech or ME/MTech with over 7 years of hands-on IP verification - Knowledge of 3D Graphics Pipeline and concepts - Knowledge of SV, UVM, and object-oriented programming - Strong understanding of DV quality metrics - Strong understanding of engineering design and DV principles - Proven track record in leading and building teams for IP verification - Experience in the development and deployment of verification strategies and methodologies across teams and organizations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
