We are looking for Presales Executive to expand our customer base and achieve business targets for our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call on fresh leads (inquiries) generated leads by digital marketing team

2. Consult on phone about commercial real estate, trends in market, coworking- conventional offices

3. Provide solutions that would suit their office space requirements.

4. Calls can be from PAN india- need good control on Hindi, English Language

5. Co-ordinate with Property owners who want to lease out their spaces

6. Business development - generation of leads by using LinkedIn, Zauba corp, find innovative ways to find more prospects

7. Facilitate quick transactions, make sales remotely on call.
