Your primary responsibilities include managing the Front Desk, handling phone calls, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive experience for all individuals entering the premises.Roles & Responsibilities:Warmly welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees.Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.Provide information, take messages, and assist callers as needed.Ensure that visitors are directed to the correct department or individual.Manage and organize the Front Desk area, ensuring cleanliness and order.Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms or executives.Notify employees of scheduled appointments and meetings.Communicate effectively with internal staff, clients, and vendors.Disseminate relevant information to the appropriate parties.Address and resolve visitor and employee queries or concerns.Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, calls, and other relevant data.Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency.Qualifications:Graduation degreeProven experience in a similar role or customer service position.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in using office equipment (e.g., phone systems, photocopiers).Familiarity with basic computer applications (Ms-Excel, spreadsheets, email).
