Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Manager at aarogyam superspeciality hospital and research center located in Durg. The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the hospital floor staff, ensuring patient satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The Floor Manager will also handle patient complaints, maintain proper documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare industry guidelines
- Team player with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in patient relations and customer service
- Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary
