As a Buyer Merchandiser of CHASE LABS, one will be responsible to set the overall merchandising direction through detailed short- and long-term sales strategies. These will include data-backed product selections aligned with customer needs and requests.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers expectations and the companys objectives.
2. Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate customers needs and plan sales strategies.
3. Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time scales.
4. Maximize customer interest and sales levels.
5. Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
6. Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
7. Remain up to date with the industrys best practices.
Requirements:
1. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and. devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
3. Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills.
4. Commercial acumen and the ability to decode customers.
