Richie Bags & Fashions Pvt Ltd is an eco-friendly promotional bag export and wholesale company established in 1996. We manufacture and export a variety of shopping jute, cotton bags, totes, taschen, bolsas, and sacs, and our products are AZO-free, REACH, and CPSIA compliant. We have a production capacity of approximately 10,000 bags per day and export to 25 countries worldwide. We have a diverse customer base, ranging from leading importers, wholesalers, and stockists to cosmetic brands, multinational banks, and souvenir product dealers. Additionally, we participate in premier trade fairs and are members of Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH), Federation Of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), and National Jute Board (NJB).
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for an Export Merchandiser. The Export Merchandiser will be responsible for managing export and production-related activities, coordinating with buyers on all aspects of orders, from the development stage to shipment, and ensure timely delivery. Moreover, the Export Merchandiser will monitor quality control checks and coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in exporting, merchandising, or related fieldExcellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with buyers, logistics and finance teams, and quality control personnelAbility to multitask and meet tight deadlinesExceptional attention to detail and quality control skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with relevant software tools related to production and shipment.
