Executive/Senior Executive Technical(Phlebotomist)

The mission of the position Executive/Senior Executive Technical (Phlebotomist) is to serves patients through clinical investigation services (Pre-analytical) at Dr. B. Lal Clinical Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. The position is required to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

Technical:
Assessing patients and their clinical requirements to determine appropriate Phlebotomy or radiographic techniques.
Manages pre-analytical laboratory operations (Pathology – Sample Collection or Radiology examinations), with responsibility for the quality and quantity of the work, proper maintenance of laboratory conditions, safety procedures, equipment, instruments and supplies, files and records.
Manage samples collection and transportation process with integrity and as per SOPs
Ensure complete product knowledge, including test menu, rate, packages, and all technical insights to be informed to customers.

Collection Centers - Operations:
Accountable for day-to-day operational activities and services (includes but not limited to Pathology, Radiology, Pharmacy, Dietetics, etc.) and ensure seamless operations of Branch and assist Branch Head with managerial and administrative functions
Manage customer satisfaction and feedback ratings to be achieved as per given standards.
Manage financial responsibilities of branch which includes discounts, dues, corporate billings, etc.
Manage inventories and coordinate with other departments as per schedule.

Business Development:
Manage operational plans to achieve the targeted growth in sales and profit with quality customer-service standards. Ensure target of branch - business and customer wise achievement
Effective promotion of cards and packages to customers.

Customer Service:
Manage the operations of the customer service at Branch outlets to ensure their services meet and exceed the expectation of customers.
Resolve service related problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.

Quality Control and Documentation:
Work in compliance with company policies and appropriate regulations. NABL compliances to maintained and reported for branch.
Secure and manage database of clients/patients in accordance with company rules and regulations.
Participate in monthly internal compliance (NABL) audits of Branches with applicable procedures and techniques in coordination with Quality Manager. Verify adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations, at various levels at the branches.
Participate/contribute to the training, education on quality and compliance policy and practices
