Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Talwarsons Jewellers - Anil Talwar group located in Chandigarh. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives. Duties include managing calendars, booking travel arrangements, preparing reports, and organizing meetings and events.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
