Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and execution-oriented Finance individual to join our investing firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all finance, accounting and administrative tasks, including liaising with outsourced consultants. They should possess the qualities necessary to grow with the firm and contribute to its long-term success.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all financial operations
2. Act as the point of contact for all finance and accounting-related outsourced consultants, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
3. Act as the point of contact for all administrative-related outsourced consultants, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
Qualifications:
1. Motivated and Execution-oriented: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive results, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
2. Long-term Perspective: Commitment to long-term growth and development with the company, contributing to its success over time.
3. Right Personality Fit: Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build positive relationships.
4. Finance Knowledge: Understanding of finance principles, financial analysis, and investment evaluation methodologies.
5. Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with operational aspects of finance.
6. Educational Background: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CA Inter qualification.
7. Experience: Prior experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or related fields preferred.
