Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist at VVS Jewelry Store in Surat. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales platform, handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service, coordinating with the sales team, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Experience in the jewelry industry is a. MUST
Minimum 2 Years of experience as Jewelry ecommerce for international market is required
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
