The ideal candidate will have a background in product management, stock control, pricing strategies, and customer support. If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling various aspects of eCommerce operations, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities:1. Product Management:Upload products to the eCommerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Create engaging product descriptions and upload high-quality images.Monitor and update product listings regularly.2. Stock Management:Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure products are in stock.Implement stock control processes to minimize overstock or stockouts.Collaborate with suppliers for timely restocking.3. Price Changes:Monitor market trends and competitors to make informed pricing decisions.Implement and manage pricing changes as needed.Ensure pricing consistency across the platform.4. Offer Management:Create and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers.Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies accordingly.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote offers effectively.5. Customer Chat and Call Support:Provide prompt and helpful customer support via chat and phone calls.Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner.Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers.6. Order Management:Process and manage customer orders efficiently.Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, and tracking.Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges as necessary.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in eCommerce site administration or a similar role.Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, with specific experience in OpenCart or Magento.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product data management.Good understanding of stock management principles.Pricing and promotion strategy experience is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with online chat and customer support tools.Immediate availability for joining is required.Preferably based in Kerala, India.
