Product Management:Upload products to the eCommerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Create engaging product descriptions and upload high-quality images.Monitor and update product listings regularly.2. Stock Management:Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure products are in stock.Implement stock control processes to minimize overstock or stockouts.Collaborate with suppliers for timely restocking.3. Price Changes:Monitor market trends and competitors to make informed pricing decisions.Implement and manage pricing changes as needed.Ensure pricing consistency across the platform.4. Offer Management:Create and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers.Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies accordingly.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote offers effectively.5. Customer Chat and Call Support:Provide prompt and helpful customer support via chat and phone calls.Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner.Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers.6.
