What is the role?
As an EIR, you'll work closely with the leadership team across Product & Marketing to optimise the Customer Journey and improve Customer Acquisition Cost(CAC) as the scale grows from 10 Cr ARR to 100 Cr ARR in the next 12 months.
It is a hardcore 0 to 1 role. The learnings will be incomparable but it will test your grit and perseverance, so you should apply for this role only if

In 12-18 months, this role may transition into a Business/Product/Operations lead role.
An ideal candidate must have:
1. Graduation from tier 1 college
2. A minimum of 2 years of product experience in a D2C e-commerce Organisation. An overall experience of 2-4 years is desired
3. Strong problem-solving skills with a stronger bias for action
4. Ability to absorb ambiguity and uncertainty
5. Openness to work from the Jaipur office, 6 days a week
6. Hunger for learning and growth, and therefore, wants to join an early-stage startup
