AddressMonitoring & Evaluation Documentation:
o Utilize the established Performance Monitoring Matrix to monitor work in progress and align activities with committed performance plans.
o Engage with the supervisor to ensure monthly updates to the donor, presenting progress and performance outcomes.
o Document discussions with each Outreach Officers, noting achievements, challenges, and action points for improvement.
o Interpret progress based on documented data and observations, providing valuable insights for project enhancement.
Process Documentation:
o Ensure thorough process documentation of all engagements, including workshops, seminars, and information sessions conducted.
o Record participant details, feedback received, and outcomes achieved to maintain a comprehensive record of activities.
Development of Outreach Materials:
o Create and develop outreach information, education, and communication materials tailored to project outputs, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field with proven efficiency in spoken, writing English apart from a local language (in the proposed geographies of work)
Monitoring evaluation background is not a requirement.
Proven ability to efficiently document in English using Microsoft applications
Comfort to engage with stakeholders
