Job description

Oversee the ICAAP work stream from conception to execution, ensuring effective collaboration with the ERM lead, Finance, and Compliance teams.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive engagement with cross-functional teams to ensure relevant data and information is available for ICAAP analysis.
- Work in close coordination within the enterprise risk team and other departments to develop and periodically update the risk assessment models for Pillar II risks.
- Lead the stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital planning to ensure the capital adequacy.
- Drive Develop and maintain financial models to assess capital adequacy and potential risks.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines for Senior Management and Board reporting, regulatory submissions

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, CFA) is a plus.
- 6 - 10 years of experience in Risk Management with at least 3-5 years in ICAAP, capital planning, and regulatory compliance within the financial industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and risk assessment.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and guidelines related to capital adequacy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
- High level of commitment to quality work product, organizational ethics and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
