Job description

1. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital operations strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.

- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure digital operations are integrated into the overall organizational strategy.

  • Team Management:

- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of digital operations professionals.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

  • Process Optimization:

- Identify and analyze digital processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

- Implement best practices and tools for process automation where applicable.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital operations.

  • Technology Implementation:

- Evaluate and implement digital tools and technologies to improve operational workflows.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital operations to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

  • Project Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of digital projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Ensure effective project communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.

  • Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks in digital operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.

- Establish and enforce security protocols to safeguard digital assets and data.

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to understand their digital needs and align operations accordingly.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Regularly assess and report on the performance of digital operations against established KPIs.

- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

2. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital operations management, with a focus on strategy and execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital technologies and their applications in business operations.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
