We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and IT Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive business growth. Additionally, this role involves IT sales responsibilities, requiring a strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
2. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and other digital channels.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for improvement in Digital Marketing efforts.
4. Create and curate engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and more.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of Digital Marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and promote IT solutions effectively.
7. Develop a deep understanding of the company's IT products and services, staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
8. Identify and qualify potential leads, nurturing relationships through effective communication and understanding of client requirements.
9. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our IT solutions.
10. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
11. Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of IT solutions and customer success
