Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Data Platform (CDP) Management:
Responsible for overseeing the management and utilization of customer data within MSIL, implementing, and maintaining the customer data platform, ensuring data quality and integrity, and leveraging customer insights to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
Implementing and managing the customer data platform: responsible for setting up and configuring the customer data platform, ensuring it is integrated with relevant systems and tools, and managing any technical aspects of the platform.
Data quality and integrity: He/She ensures that customer data is accurate, complete, and up to date. They establish data governance policies, implement data quality controls, and perform regular data audits to maintain the integrity of the data.
Segmentation and targeting: Using the customer data platform, identifies and defines customer segments based on various attributes and behaviors. He/She collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer experiences.
Customer insights and analytics: He/She analyzes customer data to uncover insights and trends, helping to inform marketing strategies, product development, and decision-making. He/She create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders to communicate the impact of customer data on business objectives.
Compliance and data privacy: He/She ensures that customer data is handled in compliance with relevant data protection regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA. They establish and enforce data privacy policies and procedures to protect customer information.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams: He/She works closely with marketing, sales, IT, and other teams to understand their data requirements and ensure the customer data platform meets their needs. He/She on projects, provide training and support, and serve as a subject matter expert on customer data.
Continuous improvement and innovation: He/She stays up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to customer data management. They identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation, and implement new features and functionalities to enhance the customer data platform.
Website Technologies:
responsible for owning brand websites – Arena, Nexa, Corporate, TrueValue, Driving School and Commercial
Manage and optimize website technologies, including content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and A/B testing platforms.
Monitor website performance, loading speed, and user experience, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to website technologies and user experience.
Managing the overall technical operations and development of the company's website and web applications.
Overseeing the web development team and assigning tasks and projects.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Planning and implementing website updates, enhancements, and maintenance.
Monitoring website performance, uptime, and security, and taking necessary actions to ensure optimal performance.
Conducting regular audits to identify and fix any technical issues or bugs on the website.
Ensuring compliance with web development best practices, coding standards, and accessibility guidelines.
Managing relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Working level knowledge in UI/UX Strategies
Mobile App Development (Business Side Inputs)
SEO Strategy and Implementation:
responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and improve the online visibility of our company's website. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and be able to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Conduct thorough keyword research and identify target keywords and phrases to optimize website content.
Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, for better visibility and higher search rankings.
Perform on-page optimization tasks such as optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may impact search engine rankings.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and other SEO tools, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to ensure the effectiveness of optimization strategies.
Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Manage and optimize off-page SEO activities such as link building, social bookmarking, and online reputation management.
Stay informed about competitors' SEO strategies and perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data from the CDP, website analytics, and SEO tools to analyze customer behavior, website performance, and SEO effectiveness.
Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, conversion rates, customer segmentation, and SEO rankings.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Conversant with Google Analytics Tools, Meta Tools, Website Personalization Tools

Qualifications
Master's degree in Marketing, Bachelors in Computer Science, or a related field. (Technical & Marketing)
Proven experience in Managing Customer Data Platforms, website technologies, and SEO strategies, part of CFT on App Development etc.
Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
Proficient in using marketing automation platforms, CMS systems, web analytics tools, and SEO software.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to Martech, website technologies, and SEO
Some Automotive Work Experience will be preferrable
