You will play a key role in understanding the business context, providing proactive solutions, co-creating approaches to problem-solving, and building meaningful business relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS 1. Project Leadership: Lead, support, and project manage strategic initiatives, ensuring successful delivery. 2. Strategic Insight: Understand the business context and provide proactive solutions, guiding stakeholders in effective problem-solving and end-to-end project management. 3. Stakeholder Engagement: Forge meaningful business relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organization, fostering collaboration and partnership. 4. Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong understanding of emerging and existing technology practices, including Robotics, Automation, Data Visualization, Analytics, and Python. Provide data-based insights to drive project success. 5. Process Expertise: Lead and execute multiple PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and other projects on the ground, applying your expertise in process improvement methodologies. Analyze existing processes and workflows, making data-driven recommendations for streamlining and optimization 6. Storytelling and Presentation: Excel as a storyteller and presenter, effectively communicating project success stories, insights, and best practices. 7. Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple projects of different natures simultaneously, ensuring each project's success. 8. Digitization and Automation: Drive digitization and automation initiatives for tracking, reporting performance, and enhancing process efficiency. 9. Effective Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to lead meaningful conversations with stakeholders. 10. Quick Learner: Adapt swiftly and manage diverse projects and stakeholders effectively.
