Customer Care Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
· Understand customer queries and respond to it
ensuring that all queries/concerns are answered.
· Answers their questions in a clear and concise manner.

· Respond to customers in the prescribed format given
by the client
· Exhibits promptness and politeness using the
appropriate verbiage while answering customer queries.
· Works efficiently towards achieving the SLA based
on the process requirement and meets the specified quality standards
· Maintains data confidentiality and adheres to
security norms laid out.
Eligibility:
· Any Graduate
· Must have excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
· Must be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts.
· Two-way cab facility within given limit

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹280,000.00 - ₹340,000.00 per year
