Job Description
- We are looking for a proficient and seasoned professional in Treasury and Financial Operations to spearhead our company's financial management strategies and ensure the most effective management of cash flow.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial operations, debt management & investment strategies. In the Treasury, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial stability and growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Debt Management - Identify, negotiate, documentation related to Debt.
- Monitoring Issuance of non-fund based limits like BG, LC etc
- Investment of surplus funds in MF, FD etc.
- Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements
- Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the currency and interest rates on the company's cash flows and borrowings, as applicable.
- Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures related to treasury activities
- Liaison with Credit Rating Agency.
- Establish and maintain internal controls pertaining to Treasury
- Oversee daily cash positioning and reduce debt by effective utilization of cash.
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant with approximately 8 to 10 years of experience and a strong background in Corporate Treasury is mandatory
