AddressCorporate Development/M&A Lead
- Candidates should have atleast 5-6 years of front-end IB experience and total experience of 7+ years
M&A Strategy & Execution:
- Source, evaluate, and execute all M&A opportunities end-to-end in alignment with the company's growth objectives
- Collaborate with bankers and legal teams to facilitate due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation processes.
- Prepare necessary documentation, including Information Memorandums (IMs), presentations, and financial models for potential acquisitions.
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Assist in the development of business plans, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of potential acquisition targets and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop comparative analysis reports to assess the strategic fit, synergies, and financial impact of potential acquisitions.
Executive Support and Communication:
- Manage a team of 2-3 professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization, including finance, sales, and operations, to drive process improvements and achieve strategic objectives.
- Coordinate meetings and initiatives with group companies to foster collaboration and alignment with corporate goals.
