Responsibilities
• Utilize Control-M to schedule, monitor, and manage batch jobs• Collaborate with stakeholders to define job schedules and dependencies• Proactively monitor job execution and troubleshoot failures• Continuously optimize job schedules and resource utilization• Maintain comprehensive documentation and operational procedures• Work closely with cross-functional teams for job requirements• Explore automation opportunities to enhance efficiency• Ensure compliance with policies, security standards, and regulations• Provide training and support to end-users and IT teams• Administering and maintaining the automated production scheduling system
Requirements
• 6 to 7 years of experience in Workload Scheduler Administration with Control-M• Experience in agent installation and designing documents• Proficient in maintaining and administering scheduling systems• Ability to identify critical paths and reorganize batch schedules• Knowledge of load balancing and testing new versions/releases• Proactive and flexible attitude for 24/7 support
