Role and Responsibilities:
- Idea generation!
- Strategize and develop unique content for blogs, newsletters and social media campaigns.
- Responsible for content across different channels like writing scripts for videos, brochures content, presentations content, content for PR, if required etc.
- Understanding the market pulse and different target segments. Curate customized ideas for various groups.
- Creatively innovate engaging and marketing content.
- Ideate concepts of new products and write information pieces on them in an effective readable manner.
- Ability to strategize content development channels and publishing for delivering maximum business value to the clients.
- Manage / edit existing content and re-write them keeping in mind the target audience, call to action and the business objectives of the clients.
- Responsible for gradually building a team of mid-level content writers and would also be responsible for the training of the same.
- To help business growth with Content Marketing.
- Ability to track and monetize value proposition.
Key Attributes, Experience & Qualification Required:
- Preferably a MBA or a BMM/BMS graduate.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Web Content Writing / Editorial.
- Should have handled team in the past.
- Sound knowledge of Equity Markets or Investments.
- Prior experience in financial writing is a must.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and work with minimal supervision
