Computer Operator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator with expertise in the Health Insaurance Processing for our hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing computer systems, ensuring smooth TPA transactions, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, TPA protocols, and excellent technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• TPA Process Management:
• Oversee and execute the Health Insaurance and TPA process for medical claims.
• Ensure the timely and accurate submission of TPA claims, adhering to industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to gather and verify necessary documentation for TPA claims processing.
• Computer Operations:
• Monitor and maintain computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware or software issues promptly.
• Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Data Entry and Record Keeping:
• Accurately enter and update patient information, TPA claims, and other relevant data into the hospital's information systems.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of TPA transactions, approvals, and rejections.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct regular audits of TPA processes to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of TPA-related data.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the finance, billing, and medical coding teams to streamline TPA processes and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with IT and support teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Computer Operator, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the Health Insaurance and TPA process and medical claims management.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in relevant computer software and systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications related to TPA processes and healthcare information systems would be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
