Job description

Position Brief:
The incumbent is primarily responsible in leading the Office Services Business for the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be a strategist and a leader able to steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and longterm goals.
The goal is to ensure the company is constantly growing its Offices Services business and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines.
Responsibilities - Key Result Areas:
Service lines included: Office Services, Retail, Industrial & Logistics services for the Mumbai region. Residential services are not part of this scope.
You will be accountable for the delivery across both financial (full Profit & Loss account) and non-financial goals including the following responsibilities.
Financials
- Overall responsibility for the Profit & Loss account for the service lines as mentioned above.
- Develop and achieve Business Plan targets for Revenue and EBITDA at regional level.
- Projection and review to be on quarterly basis.
- Increase in YOY revenue and profitability.
- Oversee the company's financial performance, and any other allied investments and otherbusiness ventures.
Organisational
- Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the organization.
- Provide strategic advice to the Managing Director | Office Services | India, so that he/she will have an accurate view of the market and the company's future.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in your team and that they are followed at all times.
- Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile.
- Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company growth.
- Responsible to produce results with the management.
Client Focus
- In collaboration with other local business line leaders, develop a consistent client engagement strategy to create strong relationships and financial opportunities with new and existing client accounts.
- Creating a clear and consistent strategy and delivery proposition for your Team to expand partnerships with our existing and new clients.
People and Leadership
- Ensure that head count growth targets are achieved through critical analyses and an aggressive recruitment strategy.
- Develop a highly capable team across the Mumbai Indian region through competitor talent attraction.
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities.
- Internal capability building - Create internal strategy to develop clear career paths for high performing talent through mentoring and transparent rewards structure.
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance. Reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems.
- Review of manpower and make necessary changes to achieve company results.
