1. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
2. Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained
3. Handholding and educating clients on how to obtain the above information themselves using their own client login
4. Facilitating the reporting and maintenance of fixed income transactions and dashboards for client transactions and investments
5. Facilitating online KYC integration, processing, and troubleshooting
6. Client communication on new account openings, account closures, daily broadcasts, etc. via company digital channels
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex customer concerns and provide effective solutions
8. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and organized records for future reference
9. Use MS-Excel and MS-Office to generate reports, analyze data, and track customer trends to improve service quality
10. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction
11. Process and share customer reports such as holding statements, transaction reports, capital gain reports, ledger statements, depository bills, and mutual fund statements
