Job Title: City Head-Gold Loan Sales
Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai
Experience: 7-12 years, with at least 3-5 years in Gold Loan Sales
Preferred Industry: Banking/NBFC
Job Description:
- Develop and manage business portfolio for Gold Loan Sales in the assigned city.
- Implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals to achieve net income targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure strategy execution and meet budgeted numbers.
- Identify new sourcing avenues to increase market penetration and maintain a positive book.
- Manage operational processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory norms and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for Gold Loan, interest collection, and NPA reduction.
- Recruit, supervise, and mentor a team of Sales Managers.
- Assess sales training needs, analyze market trends, and develop channels accordingly.
- Ensure 100% adherence to company policies and operational processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in leading a large Gold Loan Sales team with comprehensive knowledge of risk, credit, and customer service aspects.
- Strong understanding of Gold Loan infrastructure and vault management.
- Ability to effectively deploy manpower and drive sales performance.
