- As a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) you will be responsible to develop and execute strategies to accomplish financial growth in a company.
- Support the organization in forming strategy, then focus on plans to implement the strategy.

- Collaborating with leadership, special committees, and consultants to execute strategies.
- Lead initiatives covering strategic priorities, investment allocation models.
- Spearhead transformative projects within the chosen vertical to enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership, advisory & execution oversight to CxOs in areas of Strategic importance.
- Support to ensure adherence of review forums across org. levels and participation of CXOs in key strategic, financial, and operational reviews forums.
- Lead the strategic planning process, working closely with senior leadership and business unit heads to identify key priorities, opportunities, and risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including industry partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Required Skill Sets:
- Be an MBA with experience of 18 + years in Corporate Strategy and Transformation.
- In-depth understanding of global business trends and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically
