Position: Chief of Staff
Reporting: CBO
Location: Head Office - Noida
Role Objective: The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive leadership team by effectively managing critical initiatives, facilitating communication, and optimizing operational efficiency. This position requires a high level of strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to define and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Drive the planning and execution of key projects, track progress, and report on outcomes to senior leadership.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to address any deviations from targets.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Represent the CEO and executive team in meetings, presentations, and other strategic interactions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Candidature:
- MBA or equivalent degree from a premium B-school is required.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar profile
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts.
