Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Young and energetic Chef with a Catering college graduation / diploma
- Must have an Indian cuisine background preferably North Indian / North west frontier cuisine / Mughlai cuisine, for minimum 4 years
- At least 3 years’ experience in Modern Indian / Contemporary Indian or progressive Indian restaurants within Indian or abroad.
- Good communication skills as he would be directly interaction with guests and suggesting them the meal / ascertaining the feedback.
- Must be able to plan menus for Modern / Progressive Indian cuisine independently
- Should be able to work on modern cooking techniques pertaining to Sous Vide / Paco jet / texturas / dehydrating / curing etc.
- Good team player and a strong trainer in terms of culinary skills.
