Education Qualification: CA with minimum 3-4 yrs post qualification experience if worked in a global CA firm else 3-4 yrs industry exp ctc upto 24lpa
Job location: Travel to both Lower Parel and Andheri
Mandatory: People manager experience
- Personal traits required: Problem-solving, curiosity to learn, challenging the status quo, and being a taskmaster
- ERP Exp: Excellent knowledge of Zoho

Areas to be covered in the role:


- Account Payable, MIS, Audit, Tax & GL
- Lead P&L Review with CEO, COO, and Investors
- Preparation of Board deck
- Optimize ERP usage and automation/ process simplification
- The person will ensure all Accounting and reporting activities from INDAS perspective The person works closely with Process Owners and enables them to provide specialized accounting support to the organization, involving independent judgment and action.
- This role will ensure completeness of month-end accounting procedures like the creation of accruals, recording of treasury/banking activities, balancing of Inter Company (IC) transactions across entities, accounting and reserves, validating completion of third-party clearing accounts with the intent to make sure our financial positions at end of the month is complete.
- Being able to perform activities across the various accounting functions: AP, AR, cash and treasury management, IC, and General Accounting.
- Prepare cash flow and plan payables
- Conduct a monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations.
- Identify synergies between Cash, IC, AP and AR processes and implement best practices.
- Ensure the closing of financial records monthly and promptly.
- Drive Statutory / Internal audit closures.
- Drive and implement new or changed accounting principles and practices that impact Accounting.
- Handling investor queries and preparing board presentations.
- To review and analyze closely Monthly Expenditures and identify cost savings opportunities.
- Compares actual numbers to prior month and year to share analysis
- Ability to reconcile data from different sources & ensure closure of final settlements with stakeholder partners
- To be responsible for the preparation of financial reports, daily, weekly, and monthly MIS
- Extract data cuts in multiple ways (channel-wise, product, , etc) make quick sense out of it and identify actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Responsible for review and accuracy of Inventory item/ Product cost.
- Timely accurate accounting of inventory and follow-up with the supply chain team in this regard.
- Inventory Valuation report to Management and Auditors for finalisation of Accounts.
- Maintain templates and schedules that the Senior Management Team will use for review and analysis.
- Assist Team members in resolving issues or difficulties in their work performance and knowing when issues should be escalated.
- Develop and Implement MIS-related Reports / Data in ERP System for accurate & timely reporting.
- Conversant with Income Tax and GST laws
