People & Culture Head - Chalo Mobility

HR Strategy and Planning:


- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's vision and values.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify HR needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent.
- Create and maintain a strong employer brand through various channels.
- Oversee the onboarding process and orientation to ensure a world-class experience for new hires.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances while ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
Performance Management and Development:
- Design and implement performance management systems through OKR to drive employee productivity and development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance reviews, goal-setting, and career development.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs or initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding employee compensation and benefits.
- Regularly review and benchmark the startup's compensation structure to attract and retain top talent.

HR Operations and Compliance:
- Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR-related documentation.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Build and lead an HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the HR team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive organizational success.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR leader in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
