AddressKey Responsibilities
- The objective of this role is to provide data driven solutions to improve collections strategy.
- Work closely with Collection DS team for implementation and successful execution of EWS models/repo strategy models/FR strategy models/Calling Strategy models.
- Optimization of EWS models/pre emi and post emi calling/FR/repo/liquidation strategy.
- Creation of all operational and executive dashboards to understand key collection KPIs are under control.
- Driving level 2 analysis to improve collection KPIs either by giving feedback to risk/business team for cutting down on new disbursals or improving collection of old disbursal.
- Responsible for defining what collection targets we should operate at using market benchmarking(quantitative and qualitative studies).
- Innovation and utilization of new data sources for collections efficiency improvement like phone data/app data/sms data etc.
- At a lead and managerial level, the candidate should have leadership skill where the person can solve problems end to end/understand the big picture/define long terms strategies/create and manage a team.
